You are Iraqi. They are in our country. You have the sovereignty. You are Iraqi and they are foreigners and occupiers. They are invaders. You should order them.
Well said Saddam.
But without an effective military force to defend sovereignty, what is the use? A state needs to have a strong military to deter aggression from hostile states like the USA.
