Asked, why doesn't Noam Chomsky stop his fence sitting over the 9/11 conspiricy, I believe the answer is obvious and its the same reason Robert Fisk isn't PUBLICLY & DIRECTLY accusing the USA of creating the conditions and atmosphere for civil war, he intimates it, he leaves you in no doubt how he privatly feels, but, he knows it would be professional suicide for him to go the whole hog, I DONT BLAME HIM.

When USA left Vietnam, it was predicted a blood bath
would follow, no such blood bath happened. The North
vietnamese left anybody who wanted to leave go, Austrialia
got stuck with the majority of the exiles. Austrialia pleaded
with the USA to take some of these refugees, the USA took
very little of them.
